Aims:

BSS is committed to providing a service that addresses the personal, social and cultural needs of individuals, through the medium of relationship and trust-building.

BSS aims to respect, affirm and support young people in forming personal aspirations and achieving goals while emphasising their rights and responsibilities as citizens and members of a community. Young people are encouraged to manage their own affairs and to engage with services available to them, in a learning process that leads to personal empowerment.

BSS works alongside each person to enable them to develop sufficient self-esteem, confidence, resilience and pertinent living skills to meet the demands of adult independence.
